At PuffNStuff, we want your experience to be seamless. If you believe your item is faulty, here's what you need to know:
Verification: Once we receive the item, we'll thoroughly test it to verify the reported fault. Please allow up to 5 working days for the item to be checked, and for a replacement to be dispatched or credit/refund issued.
No Fault Found: If there's no fault or it's caused by user error, we won't issue a replacement. You'll have 14 days to collect the item or we'll dispose of it.
Shipping Costs: We'll reimburse shipping costs if the item is found faulty, up to the value of the payment made for shipping on the original order.
Lost in Transit: We're not responsible for items lost in transit. Send returns via a tracking service and ensure correct postage is paid.
Wholesale: Replacements for single items in a wholesale box of 10 are not provided.
Ensure returned items are securely packaged. Include a copy of your purchase receipt and details of the return. If you don't have your receipt, include these details on a note inside your package:
