The EUC reinvents traditional atomizers allowing a fast and easier than ever system to replace your coil and wick after use. Before, we had to replace the ENTIRE coil head, shell, coil, wick, connective element, but now you’ll only have to replace the core, the heart of the atomizer encasing the coil.

* Upon receiving the returned item, we'll conduct a thorough test to verify the fault, requiring up to 10 working days. Subsequently, we'll dispatch a replacement or issue credit.
* If no fault is found or it's caused by user error, no replacement or credit will be issued. You'll have 14 days to collect the item, or we'll dispose of it.
* PuffNStuff will reimburse shipping costs if the item is confirmed faulty.

Free delivery on orders above £25. Orders placed before 11 am Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 11 am will be processed on the next working day.
Any order made on Friday after 11 am will not be dispatched until the next working day (usually Monday unless it's a Bank Holiday).
No orders are dispatched on weekends; however, you may receive a dispatch notification once the postage label has been generated.
