Shipping Policy

At PuffNStuff, we strive for fast and reliable shipping to ensure you get your orders promptly. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Order Processing:

• Orders placed before 11 am Monday to Friday are usually processed on the same day (unless drop-shipped, in which case it will be the next working day).
• Orders placed after 11 am will be processed on the next working day (unless drop-shipped, in which case it will be the second working day).
• Orders made on Friday after 11 am will not be dispatched until the next working day (usually Monday unless it's a Bank Holiday).
• No orders are dispatched on weekends. However, you may receive a dispatch notification once the postage label is generated.

Delivery Options:

• Retail Free Delivery (3-5 Days): Enjoy free delivery on orders above £25.
• Standard (3-5 Days): Orders under £25 will be charged £2.99 for shipping.
• Wholesale Standard Delivery (3-5 Days): A charge of £4.99 applies to all box deals; free shipping is not available on the wholesale section.

Please note: The above are delivery aims, not a guaranteed timescale. You may receive your parcel earlier or later.

We use Royal Mail as our courier. They will update the tracking number once they attempt delivery.
